Life-Planner - Digital Twin

Life-Planner app is not just a goal tracker or planner — it’s a continuously updated world model of the you.

It’s a personal life system that grows with you.

Most apps help you track one thing — goals, habits, tasks, or calendars.
Life-Planner connects everything: your goals, plans, finances, interests, time, and priorities — in one evolving framework.

Today, it helps you organise and plan your life clearly.
Over the next 3–12 months, it becomes a digital twin that uses AI to research, plan, and save you time across the things that matter most to you.

This is life planning — not life tracking.

You may have heard of software agents, that are assistant s the undertake tasks for you? Our aim is that Life-Planner works hand in hand with personal assistants, agents which may in a few years become autonomous robots.

What Life-Planner Does Today

For any agent or digital twin to work, it first needs a full understanding of you what drives you and makes you tick. what are your goals and aspirations, your preferences, who are the important people in your life, do you work, what's your financial status.

Your bank and phone company, Amazon and Facebook know a lot about you, but they are not set up to be an agent that helps you.

But Life-planner over time builds up a secure, and private but complete picture of your life.

What We’re Building Over the Next 3–12 Months

Life-Planner is evolving into a personal operating system, powered by AI.

This means:

Your data becomes a living model of your life — not just records

AI can help you research, plan, and prepare, not just suggest generic tips

You spend less time organising and more time acting

Planned capabilities include:

AI-assisted life planning and scenario modelling

Research agents that work on your behalf (travel, finance, learning, career)

Smarter planning that understands your constraints, preferences, and priorities

Workflows that turn life goals into clear, manageable steps

We’re building this carefully, with privacy, control, and trust at the core.

What We Mean by A digital Twin

A digital twin isn’t a copy of you — it’s a structured understanding of what matters to you.

Life-Planner gradually learns:

What you’re working towards

What you care about (and what you don’t)

How much time, energy, and money you realistically have

How different parts of your life affect each other

This allows the app to:

Give more relevant planning support

Reduce repeated setup and decisions

Help AI tools work with your life, not against it

Your data stays yours, and nothing acts without your permission.

How AI Fits into Life-Planner

We don’t use AI to replace your judgement.
We use it to reduce the busywork around planning and decision-making.

As Life-Planner evolves, AI will help you:

Research options that match your goals and preferences

Compare scenarios before you commit time or money

Turn big life goals into clear, realistic plans

Stay aligned with what you actually want — not just what’s urgent

Think of it as assisted thinking, not automation for its own sake.

Goals and Objectives

In Life-PLanner we have a comprehensive system to help you determine the topics ( hobbies and interests ) you have and which of these has Goals and milestones associated with them.

Examples may be buy a house, run a marathon and the ever popular lose weight or get fit 9 in January).

we also have what we call latent gaol. Even though you might not think of them in this way. What we means, you may have a gaol to run. marathon. But you have other conflicting goals as well - keep you job so can you can pay for things, keep your relationship/marriage intact so so can be happy and keep your sanity.

Life is complex and we have all these intertwining gaols and objectives. and the Events and Activities need d to achieved them get very complicated.

Constraints, Resources and State

if Goals are where you are going to be, the current state is also important.

you also have limited resources to help you achieve the goals - time = 24 hours in every day. as well as assets, skills and income - you normally have to work or run a business , or both, to facilitate many of the goals.

All of these things combines are essentially a digital twin. In modern life it normally works the other way, we have the car/ or a machine and then we build a digital twin inside a computer so we can control it or simulate it.

With Life-Planner, we effective, start with you, build your digital-twin. now we can look at ways to use that persona to help you in the real world.
